This place charged me $85 for insurance without even asking if I wanted it, even though it was supposed to be an optional choice. The employee completed everything on the computer and made decisions without confirming any details with me. To make things worse, even my name was entered incorrectly on the contract. Very disappointing experience.

Nothing this location was amazing!
Angela BWe rented a cargo van recently. The experience was not only seamless but pleasant. The dealer was a professional from top to bottom. I would highly recommend renting from her location.
Daniel II reserved 4 dozen blankets but only 2 dozen were available when I arrived. That ended up being plenty so I was fine, but if I make a reservation for accessories I should be able to get them.
Douglas MI dropped off on a Sunday at 2:30 and they were in office and helpful.
