I was over charged. I was charged for a cleaning fee when I got the uhual it wasn’t clean it actually was just returned. When I got it to the location to load opened the back it was dead roaches and a few moving roaches too. I went to Walmart bought some roach spray and gloves. I sprayed the truck down swept it and mopped it. I swept and mopped it upon returning. I was told I would get a call back with how much money would go back to my card. Never got the call. Almost a week later I contact my bank who said to contact uhual I did and I have been given the run around. Still awaiting a managers call back. I do not recommend uhual to anyone.

Michael WThe lot was congested and difficult to navigate with no space to leave my car. The entry into the office was riddled with trip hazards. The rental return was a little sketchy, as I wasn't sure if everything wad documented properly even though I brought the truck back during their regular business hours. The staff was very cordial and efficient.
