Nobody picked up the phone, the area to drop the trailer off was downhill and it was hard to get the pictures you ask for online

The truck was dirty and had lawn chairs . The key lock box was open. The mileage on the truck was wrong so was the gas.no customer service at all than we got charged double because of the mileage and we only used 35 to 40 miles this experince was horriable never again will i use the one on center hill in cincinnati
