U-Haul seems to have a big problem on their hands. The pick up and drop off locations are complete shit holes. Unprofessional, it is extremely evident that U-Haul does not give a damn. This vibe was the same through two states 500 miles apart. This obviously is not a one or two location problem. This is a U-Haul problem
