I checked the rental cost for truck and equipment online before verifying by phone. At pick up, the location didn't have the flat dolly, only the appliance one, which of course, costs more. An additional help is to let the customer know they should use the link provided via text to check and log any issues you see BEFORE leaving the lot. I didn't see that text message until we were on our way back for drop off. The customer service group were professional and easy to work with. Clear with explanations to questions etc. We've rented from this location before and I suspect, if needed, we'll contact them at a later date. Thank you

LATOYA AU-Haul seems to have a big problem on their hands. The pick up and drop off locations are complete shit holes. Unprofessional, it is extremely evident that U-Haul does not give a damn. This vibe was the same through two states 500 miles apart. This obviously is not a one or two location problem. This is a U-Haul problem
