I need to register a minor request for gas refund. I was told the tank was 3/4 full and in reality it was 5/8 full. I was charged an extra 9 dollars for two gallons of gas I don’t think I should have been charged.

I needed a truck for 24 hours and they had one. I had waited until the last minute to rent it, but they had one available. Parking lot is big and easy to get out of and park back into again. Pick up and drop off were very smooth. I bought a lock and they helped me pick the cheapest one that would fit the truck. Oh, and after I had originally called and scheduled a time to do the pickup, I called again to change the time and they were totally cool about it. I'd go here again for another rental!
david lUmmm next time give me a truck with the gas actually where it's supposed to be. Umm, apparently I'm charged at the halfway point of gas, when it was drastically under the halfway point where I had to add more gas into something I wasn't supposed to.
