I just received my invoice today and your company over charged me. They put my return time way after I dropped the truck off, charging me for extra time. I will call or stop by the location where I picked up and dropped the truck off . I picked up the truck on the 1-11-26 am and dropped it off 1-12-26 am

Would have been better with the smaller truck but all they had was a big truck. All in All a good experience.
MAYNARD RThis is a no-person location. Navigating the website to do everything I need to do before being allowed to get the keys..... it was VERY frustrating. It was also zero degrees outside. What was the point of having a reservation if no one was there to see if I picked it up or not?
Stephanie CThere was no one there even though I had a scheduled pickup time. I had to go into a mall and into a store to find someone who could come out to the outbuilding and finish the paperwork.
JOSEPH SMy only issue with picking up the equipment was that the representative did not confirm payment amount before finalizing the order and I was charged an additional $25 fee that I originally opted OUT of when setting up my reservation that was non-refundable. Otherwise a very smooth pick up.
