Be honest. This guy was corrupt I was a little late to pick up the truck. I had it reserved for 2 DAYS. He called me to see if I was coming to pick up the truck. I emphatically told him YES. I would be there in 20 minutes By the time I got there - the reservation had been CANCELLED despite the fact that HE HAD CALLED ME and I told him I was on my way He then made “another reservation” for me over the phone (because he was across the street at his other job”. I assumed he would reinstate my original reservation for $152 But No. He charged me $296 + $119 in gas. All this while I VOLUNTEERED TO HAUL S TRAILER FOR U-HAUL - and I was supposed to receive $50 credit and 100miles credit- NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED. THIS GUY IS TOTALLY CROOKED
