My first interaction with him was him saying “I don’t know what was so hard about reading the sign” and then i said i did t see anything that said u-haul, and then he said “do i have to go over it with you like a little fucking school girl?” I then said “stop, just stop” Very unprofessional and unbelievably rude. I would never recommend using this place for a u-haul or for purchasing furniture. The location is called Furniture Connections.
David RTrailer was not road worthy. Had to delay our trip because a tire had to be changed. U Haul corporate was very responsive about getting a crew out to change the tire, but the trailer still had other problems. Trailer was very loud and bouncy while being towed. Over heard an employee say that the local U Hauls like to get the old equipment out of their system and use 1 way rentals to do that. This trailer should not have been on the road.
