It would be helpful if the truck was empty of contents. I got to my destination only to find out the truck was already full. I was unable to get anything accomplished by the time I took the truck back. I better not be charged.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was filthy dirty. As I was driving at starts and stops I kept hearing something like someone hit me but we never could figure it out. Once we got to our destination found out the dolly was rolling all over the place. The bag of blankets was wide open no blankets. I don’t use them anyway but I didn’t want it to look like we was the ones using this junk. Got there the locks to get keys don’t even work currently had to do it multiple times to get the lock fully open. The truck says it was supposed to be on full gas nope. There was a lock on the back door which it almost broke the key how hard and bad you had to turn it to get the door open. Then at the end the lock doesn’t even lock back without struggling. There was no one at the store they wanted you to walk all the way into the mall in there store there to find someone. Then I told them app the truck was dirty in which it was when I got it they wanted to charge me a fee to have it cleaned. Been 24 hours plus still don’t have a call from district manager with the issues. How they have the trucks parked you can’t even pull in the one driveway without hitting other trucks. I’ll spend the extra miles and go to a better u haul place. Stars tell it all.
Tammy LBe honest. This guy was corrupt I was a little late to pick up the truck. I had it reserved for 2 DAYS. He called me to see if I was coming to pick up the truck. I emphatically told him YES. I would be there in 20 minutes By the time I got there - the reservation had been CANCELLED despite the fact that HE HAD CALLED ME and I told him I was on my way He then made “another reservation” for me over the phone (because he was across the street at his other job”. I assumed he would reinstate my original reservation for $152 But No. He charged me $296 + $119 in gas. All this while I VOLUNTEERED TO HAUL S TRAILER FOR U-HAUL - and I was supposed to receive $50 credit and 100miles credit- NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED. THIS GUY IS TOTALLY CROOKED

TERRENCE AWe waited almost an hour after arrival to get our rental. There seemed to be a lot going on there with some kind of market they were trying to get setup while trying to get us our truck.
