Overall, I had a really good experience with this UHaul. I picked it up before hours and the digital app was not as efficient as it should have been. I had to input my driver's license picture multiple times and the instructions were not clear on how to get the keys. I did find someone inside the connected convenience store who was extremely helpful in getting the keys from the lock box. The return part of the app was smooth. Overall good experience, would certainly rent from them again.

NICHOLAS MAlthough a unique location, the owner is very friendly. Vehicle was newer and very clean.
