The problem wasn't the location but the experience with U-Haul. The proces is ridiculously long & unacceptable. I started the process at 2:45 & put in all the information needed which took time only to get to the rental place & have to start all over again & take pictures in the dark. This made me late & other people were counting on me. I will not use U-Haul again & will not recommend to anyone.

The location was fine. The owner was professional and helpful. I thought it was self service pickup but I did not have the lock box code. The owner had the keys.
