The movers were absolutely abysmal. They didn't show up until 8:50 pm. You read that correctly. That is not a typo. They didn't show up until 8:50 pm. Their original time was 1 pm. They were 7 hours late! My father drove two and a half hours to help me. He didn't get back home until 3 am. They finished unloading the furniture at midnight. And to top it off, they broke my couch and my nightstand. They took my couch apart to move it. In doing so, they managed to completely sever a cord underneath the couch. The couch no longer reclines and I'll need to go into my own pocket to fix it. Their name is Moving Help Labor Services. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Unless you want to be unpacking things at 1 in the morning and you want some of your furniture broken. I'm going to be contacting U-Haul for reimbursement. This is ridiculous.

The place was closed when I got there so that’s why I said no it was not clean and the personnel was not helpful. I had to drop my keys in a dropbox
RENEE SI arrived at 9:00 am as scheduled, but they didn't arrive until 9:45 am. This caused me to be late for my appointments. Very disappointing.
