The location was great but I wish I had just opted to go inside to get my truck. The experience doing mobile check in was very frustrating and time-consuming, and it would have been faster to just go inside. Drop off was simple because I was able to go inside and didn’t have to interact with the app.

Shawntaze PUnsafe location. Truck smelled like cigarettes. Initial quote was $30 for rent truck for 1.5 hours. Somehow ended up being charged $88… hidden fees!! Going to home depot next time!!!
