The young lady I met with was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate her patience with me and her pleasant attitude.

Completely unprofessional: rental that I made reservation for wasn’t there when I came in for pick up. Truly astounding how bad everyone was at their job. Will never use this service again
Luke DI have used your location multiple times. I have a Band and rent a 10' truck to transport our equipment to the Gigs. Prefect size for what I need and was a successful trip each time. Although this is true, at different times it seems that the truck wasn't fully pre - inspected. There has been a low inflated tire, dirty cab, headlights aren't adjusted correct, door handles falling off, broken sunvisor holder and this last time...headlights needed adjustment as well as outside mirrors, cab was dirty and inside the storage area the cover to the area where the gas is pumped was off and put to the side (felt dangerous). Sorry for all that, but you asked. Other than that, y'all helped me when I needed it. Thanx!
LAWRENCE BVery good customer service and well spoken and also answered every question
AARON BThere was hardened / caked on dirt on the trailer's fender "flares". The horizontal metal parts extending forward and rearward from the wheel fenders. I had to clean this before returning. Not a big deal, just something that could have been cleaner. Communications through text were quick but phone calls were not answered. In person experience at the location was fine. From an equipement standpoint: Seems as though the trailers are all set up for low hitch height which results in the tail of the trailers being tilted down very low on my 2007 Tahow with standard wheels and suspension. It works but it seems as though UHaul could figure out (and Patent) a way to accomodate the higher hitch points that are so common these days.
