Overall the experience was quite good. The equipment had been used but was in good, working order. The gas tank was only 1/4 full, but the billing was based only upon miles. I would say that it was a good experience. I hope that I can use it again.

It was stressful dealing with someone who speaks poor english, is alone running a convenience store/gas station and processing evrerything via cell phone, as opposed to paper contracts.

David NI originally had a different pick up location booked and was called two day before and informed they didn’t have the size truck I reserved and had to go to this location for pick up instead. While this location was further away they did have the correct size truck but didn’t have the dolly I also reserved. It was a gas station with only one gentleman working and the wait was longer then i wanted in an area I didn’t feel comfortable in.
Julie SI used this location twice over the weekend. The first day the dolly I ordered was not available and even after I mentioned it, I was told that they could not refund the money. I figured it was only $10 and rented again on Sunday. I dropped the key off when we were done Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday I received bill that charged me for Monday and Tuesday. I just called and I was told I was supposed to check out online, which I was not told when I went it. They checked me out on Saturday.
