Robert HMy uhaul was an hour late.
Heather COverall the experience was quite good. The equipment had been used but was in good, working order. The gas tank was only 1/4 full, but the billing was based only upon miles. I would say that it was a good experience. I hope that I can use it again.
Philip MIt was stressful dealing with someone who speaks poor english, is alone running a convenience store/gas station and processing evrerything via cell phone, as opposed to paper contracts.
