Both pick up location and drop off location were changed on me a day before the move which was a inconvenience and time consuming.

KIM MI wanted to pick up in maplewood and instead I had to drive 25 minutes away to pick up. Why is this when I reserved online a week ahead. Truck bounced up.and down while driving. Something wrong. Unhappy customer!
