Not the locations fault. Truck size was not available near my home. Had to drive 40 minutes each way to get this truck. Had self pickup in original order and then was told 9am could get between 8-10 to arrive to call to find out wasn’t set up. Was told by 1-800 number well reservation doesn’t know what they are doing you should babe verified before you drove there. I clearly had conversation I would self pickup but not until closer to 9! I lost 2 hours of my move and paid movers to sit for an hour to do nothing because no truck until location opened to literally hand me a key. Then had to get home and sweep the back out and clean it before I could load it. Very inconvenient to 1) go out of my way and 2) have to clean a U-Haul after I was already behind due to reservation not properly setting it up as self pickup. I accepted further distance to get size truck I wanted but didn’t accept sitting in a parking lot for an hour.

Alan Boriginal order in uhaul app got changed on their end and there's no record of when and where I wanted it sent. Newport subcontracted the shipment to the wrong location on the wrong day (same city, same week.) Every other Uhaul location emailed me a record except Newport, so who knows what I originally asked.
