Nothing. Had to drop equipment off after hours and it was a little tricky locating the site at night. There was no interaction with personnel.

I was over charged for gasoline and days.
LOREN SFront light was out on driver side we had the truck at night and it was hard to see
Shenita LThe lady was very nice and quick to get the paperwork done and once the trailer was connected to the car, she helped me check tht all of the lights were working. It would have been helpful to know in advance - I don't know that she knew - that the Uhaul app was required for returning the equipment...this also may have been in one of the five emails I received after picking the trailer up, but by that point I was mostly focused on getting the trailer home to load abd begin our trip to see the grandkids for Christmas.
