The truck we rented had a flat tire...inside back passenger tire. You really couldn't tell until we noticed that tire kept spinning in the snow after the trucknwas loaded...husband was going to put air in it but the valve stem was broke off. We called the rental place and they helped us connect with roadside assistance. Not sure what kind of inspection trucks undergo between rentals...the issue was resolved but it put us an hour an a half behind schedule. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

NATHANIEL WN/A. Drop off was simple. There were no “personnel” there when we dropped off.
Morgan GI think it's crazy that I was charged a $0.30 overage on mileage, especially when I turned the truck in a day early and it was clean as well.
