I originally signed up for a 15' van because it said it was available online. I was then called the next day from a Regional manager because that size van wasn't available. The website should be kept up to date by the minute to reflect what is actually available at each location.
CHRISTOPHER SParking lot was not plowed, we had received 2 inches or more of snow overnight. The lock on the key box was difficult to open-- the video instructs you to be "gentle" with pushing on the lever but that didn't work. After calling the number, the lady told us to push hard on it. We had to push really hard on the lever for it to open (the video said NOT to do that). The odometer on the truck was switched to show mileage from A trip, which did not match what was reported prior to dispatch, so we had to struggle with figuring out how to switch the dash so that it was showing the correct mileage. The whole process took much longer than we expected.
