Was not given the unlimited mile option and was charged $130 for a same city move. We made 2 trips and don’t agree with the return mileage entered in the system. This is wild. The truck was not very clean. There were sticky spills inside the cab. The truck was not ready for rental when we picked it up. We had to wait 20-30 mins which put us off schedule. When we returned the truck there were no lights on anywhere and just felt unsafe.

I got there and there was no van. I had to wait an hour to leave, but I returned it. I don’t think they adjusted the rate correctly as well. It’s not a good place to park because it’s a Shell station full of other vehicles I didn’t pick this. U-Haul changed it for me. I will never have them do that again or I will go to a different carrier.

Morgan MI was over charged and want my money back. I've used uhaul plenty and I always calculate my trip and when I returned it it was 1 mile less yet my charge stayed at 43.64 and was fully taken today
