An additional hold for the charged amount was placed on my card without being advised of this first. That’s not i clouding the actual charge for the use of the vehicle. The after experience was not better. The only thing that made it a bit easier is the rep that gave me a credit. The holds placed o my card should not have been held that long. It was a 80% bad experience.

KENNETH HThe person renting the equipment did not know the process or how to work the app. He was very nice but it took almost an hour to get our truck. The location was perfect for us, but it took way too long.

The employee was very rude and unwilling to help at all with the problems I was having. She said it was not in her job description. I will never go back to this location and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with these people. They are both liars and crooks. All the while this employee and their other half was in the parking lot smoking weed
