The person renting the equipment did not know the process or how to work the app. He was very nice but it took almost an hour to get our truck. The location was perfect for us, but it took way too long.
Deborah CWe were lied to by the employee at the store about the price and times for the truck. We was told a price that the rental would b and a much different amount was charged to my credit card. The employee was very rude and unwilling to help at all with the problems I was having. She said it was not in her job description. I will never go back to this location and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with these people. They are both liars and crooks. All the while this employee and their other half was in the parking lot smoking weed
