This Uhaul locations was very unprofessional. The van was filthy. He never gave me a contract and said he would email me never received the email. I drove the van without a contract in the vehicle no confirmation of mileage or fuel amount. I took a picture of the dashboard now y’all are texting me and telling me I owe you money. Good luck with that I’ve insured that you cannot charge my card. The place reeked of marijuana. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and bring the van back. I will never use Uhaul again. I’ve used you every time I needed a vehicle like this and my 67 years of life never again.

I never authorized safe trip insurance and was charged for it after he ask me I denied. and there was coffee all over seat and dash,, had to go in and ask for them to clean which they did no problem and was humble. really nice people but don’t like the fact I was charged for insurance when I denied it… they would have gotten 5 stars if that didn’t happen. I will need to rent a flat bed trailer so I’ll try them again and see if everything is smooth

Gary DTruck was old and dirty. Furniture pads that I really badly needed and had ordered were not present. Truck passenger door is broken. I had severe noise pollution for 1000 miles.
Sultan GI turned it in a day early and was told that I could just drop it off and the paperwork. I get an email that states I was charged a $20 after hours fee. Why? That is a phony fee
