The physical location is convenient but the access road is a bit full of potholes. Really needs some lighting to safely support nighttime returns. I was very disappointed that my requested dolly and pads were not in the truck. I could see this self-service center had them but nobody was there to provide them. It was not during business hours but my pickup time was clearly stated. The truck was clean and we had no issues across 200 local miles. Probably needs a brake job.

KEVEN SThe truck was clean. Pick up and return went smooth. My only criticism is that I was charged $10 for furniture pads but they were not provided in the truck.
