The rate per mile was too much , i always get uhaul for my company and I’ve never paid .99 cent a mile
BRITTANY RI was given the wrong truck at pick up. Somehow the key given to me actually started the truck. However, after arriving at the pickup location, and locking the vehicle doors, I was unable to regain entry, as the key did not unlock the door. After waiting a long while for the locksmith to arrive, and after at least 4 failed attempts at creating a key for the truck doors, the locksmith finally popped the lock so I could get in to start the truck....only to then NOT be able to start the truck because it didn't turn in the ignition. After about 4 hours after the initial pickup, I was finally able to get into the correct truck and get my move started. I was offered no compensation or remedy for my inconvenience, nor was ownership or accountability for the agent's mistake/misinformation with the initial truck given.
