The customer service was great, however the location was very loud and a group of men kept following me until i went inside. The truck had exterior damage. 8 of my boxes and my 55†TV received water damage from the rain on my 16 hour drive. I'm still assessing damage and requested Uhaul customer service to reach out to remedy the situation. I did purchase insurance through them… we will see what happens.
Faith W.Mo (the owner?) was exceedingly easy to work with. Everything was handled very quickly and capably both on pickup and return. Even beforehand when I called to find out whether the truck would in fact be ready for me, he personally called back to assure us that it was. This location is a store in an inner-city neighborhood. It is well-kept, friendly, and obviously a popular spot.
John H.Be honest when vehicle is returned. I was about 5-8 minutes late returning truck. And was charged for a extra day. And I didn't notice until I saw my receipt.
