No one at location. Pickup was scheduled for 9am, we were a little early, but there was no one there getting ready for the day. We were on a schedule and waiting just added to an already stressful moving day. We called for help. The manager of the location said we could just hook up the trailer by ourselves since someone wouldn't be there until around 9:15am. He was friendly enough, but according to the help desk, it is company policy to have them hook the trailer up. Luckily, my boyfriend knows the proper way to hook a trailer up. Why have a pickup time scheduled if you know your employees don't show up on time?
