Day before my pickup location was changed to a filthy location in East Cleveland. Truck had to be swept out before I picked it up. They didn't have the 2 utility dollies I requested and I had to go to Mayfield location to pick them up only for me to have to beg to get them. In addition the alignment of the truck was so bad, to go straight the steering wheel had to be turned 75° making it real hard to see my speed. Very unsafe.
