ERIC DI would not recommend U Haul to anyone based on the way I was treated yesterday. I was a loyal customer spending thousands of dollars on this move. I tried to extend my rental because my situation had changed and I needed the truck. I was told someone else needed it and I should turn it in. They didn’t try to accommodate me in my situation at all. The supervisor got on line and confirm all this, and I would be charged for inconvenience to the other customer. I turned the truck in . I went by the location where the truck was later and to my surprise the truck was still there hours after it was supposed to be rented out to another customer, I have photo of truck. I am extremely put off by the handling of this transaction and the way it was handled.The way customers are treated do matter. Maybe Penske will do better when I call them for a truck.
