DAVID MComputers were acting up said they couldn’t reserve but to have husband show up anyways. They we still having issues when he got there but were able to disperse the trailer. Only problem was the contract was not set up for the date she informed me in the form costing more money A dispute has been filed
GEORGE NGot there. My reservation was at 9am. Had to wait 15 minutes for the guy to show up. Callled U-Haul on there guarantee. They wouldn’t guarantee it. Then after the rude call from customer service I then had to recall U-Haul because they put me on ealert list because I called and complained trying to get there guaranteed because they guy not being there at 9 made me late to where I was going. Poor customer service.
