Computers were acting up said they couldn’t reserve but to have husband show up anyways. They we still having issues when he got there but were able to disperse the trailer. Only problem was the contract was not set up for the date she informed me in the form costing more money A dispute has been filed

Got there. My reservation was at 9am. Had to wait 15 minutes for the guy to show up. Callled U-Haul on there guarantee. They wouldn’t guarantee it. Then after the rude call from customer service I then had to recall U-Haul because they put me on ealert list because I called and complained trying to get there guaranteed because they guy not being there at 9 made me late to where I was going. Poor customer service.
Jeffrey RThe associate in the store acted as if I was a problem for her that I wanted to rent a truck. After paying for the rental we went to get truck the assuage could not open the back which had the key. She worked on it about 20 minutes still could not get lock off. She called two or three people to figure out combination to lock all in all I waited around 40 minutes after paying for rental to be able to leave.
