No issues with the facility during drop off but the application would not let me take pictures and kept hanging up when I proceeded with the drop off confirmation
MICHAEL GThe tpm sensor was on and I was told that he checked the tires but that it must be a faulty sensor. However the left back tire was loosing pressure constantly and I barely made it back to drop off the truck in Farragut. Not a good experience. The truck was not behaving as wanted due to low tire pressure at the end of the ride.
TIM SThe truck was clean but I don't think well maintained. It made loud rattling noises when idling. After driving it a few miles I was nervous the truck was going to die. It didn't but it was still unsettling. It did not have cruise control, which annoyed me a lot. The ventilation system did not work well. Seemed like the fan didn't work or work well. It could have been unfamiliarity with the controls, which I think could be handled with a brief review of the controls by the rental agents. I mean five minutes is all thats needed, there were buttons I had no idea what they did so didn't want to touch them for fear of breaking something.
NICHOLAS CA better variety of truck sizes will be great, specially for customers who doesn’t have more than a room to move. Going to the store for business, not through the Internet, works excellent for me. Mr. Jason was kind, professional and very good to works with. Thanks
