Was charged double for truck rental. Paperwork had a not to call a number to straighten it out. Agreed to pull someone else's u box from morristown tn to mi waited 45 min to get it because uhaul dealer in morristown tn did not know how to operate system. Trailer was NOT hooked on properly fortunately my driver knew what to do Was a bad experience.
