Do not rent from this location! Very poor communication, not clean or well maintained. The location does not open on Mondays and close by 5/6pm or when ever they want.

Great customer service
Kevin WExcellent customer service but this location doesn't come up in the uhaul.com search online. That needs to get fixed.
sean mThe employee wasnt very helpful. I went to return the vehicle and she wouldnt accept the gas gage line on my physical paperwork that i matched to and refused to help with the app. She said herself she didnt know how to work the app and then wasnt very helpful with returning the vehicle. On top of that , most of the uhaul locations in clewiston are closed or just non existent, we didnt even get the location in text like the customer service person said until we were at a different location. Overall, the returning and employees were a headache and waste of time.
james fWindshield was very dirty with dead bugs. I reserved the truck and equipment 4 days before pickup and had to go to another location to pickup pads, appliance dolly but they didn’t have the furniture dolly’s. Would have been helpful if I knew ahead of time.
