James BRepresentative at the location was very polite and helpful. However, the Trailer received had a bad wheel bearing which didn't become evident until loaded. Forced us to have an unexpected stop on our trip from Waco Tx to Omaha NE to switch to another trailer resulting in a 3 hour delay.
