Don't berate the customer for not knowing where to park when there are no clear designated parking in the whole lot. And make sure you tell your customer about information he should be getting electronically before it expires.

Loni THave a jack for trailer. Like to never got off ball. Luckily had my own jack. Ridiculous to not have a way to un hitch without just dropping. Very poor!!
