I just did a drop off. So no contact until I got a charge of 72.00 for going over milage. I understood the gas. That was an estimate on my part. I got lost getting down there. And I guess it took me several more miles put of my way to get back to where I needed to go. He did his job. He was very polite abd explained everything very well. As for using uhaul itself, nope, never again. Because of extra charge. Im sorry I got lost. So you lost me As for uhaul itself, I will never use them again

there was no one there
STAN TI will NEVER rent a U-Haul again. This app was the worst thing that I have ever encountered. Thank God for the very helpful gentleman at TOTL auto who got me going, but he wasn't available for the return, and the return was awful. I was told that if I didn't return the truck by 7:00 am the following morning I would be charged for another day. I was back at the location by that same night, and it was dark, and raining, so trying to navigate that stupid app, and take pictures took forever. about 45 minutes, and even then we wasn't sure that we did it right. HORRIBLE!!! I will share my frustrations with all my Facebook friends as well.
