Both employees I spoke with, the man who took my reservation over the phone and the one who checked me in at pickup, were friendly and helpful. Explained everything in detail and were transparent about pricing and policies. The man who was there when I picked up the truck even sent me a reminder text to make sure I folded the packing blankets when I returned the truck!
