Someone told me that they were open until 7pm. I dropped my truck off mid afternoon and found them to be closed. Otherwise, it was flawless even though I did not know what procedure to follow. Because of my own lack of knowledge, I could have been taken advantage of, but was not. It leaves me believing that the operators are honest, a trait that I don’t find often.
Fred DWe had a delay once we had rented a truck and didn’t get to our new location in the timeframe we wanted and then we were late getting the truck back to this establishment. They were super nice and let us go an extra two hours without paying anything extra. It was just such a relief
