Gerald MI reserved on line a 10’ truck for $19.95 plus extras, I got a call rom U-Haul asking if I would be ok if they give me a 15’ truck for same price $19.95 plus extras, I said that’s ok, when I got the 15’ truck, I did self check out it the app toll me the License plate do not match with my reservation, At the end, they charged me the $29.99 plus extras so I paid more.
JOSE CThe vehicle was issued with a check engine light illuminated and it remained on throughout the time we had the vehicle. A check fuel cap message also was on throughout our rental period. We checked the fuel cap repeatedly and it seemed secure but the message wouldn't go out.
