Very friendly and courteous representative. The only objection I have to the process is that I (the customer) end up doing most of the work for U-Haul, and I am not an employee. I have to take pictures of the vehicle before hand. I have to post to the web site. Seems like something an employee should do. My hourly wage is $52.00 an hour. Thanks

JOSEPH HOther than seeing the U-haul trucks out front there was no signage to tell you it was a U-haul facility and the office was basically hidden within the lot.
JAMES JI know it’s going to sound unbelievable. But everything was perfect. I can’t think of anything they could have done differently. Wish I would have known of this location when I first lived to my house last year.
