The app and mobile pickup was not efficient and took over 30 minutes to complete and a long phone call with the owner who was very helpful. I would suggest strongly that you allow the photo uploads to happen ahead of time. Many of these locations are very rural and cell service is spotty. It also took 5 times to accept the picture of the back of the drivers license.
