My time to pick up was 9:30. I had an email saying I could pick it up anytime as it was a 24/7 self serve rental. I got there at 9 and no one was there. There was a sign saying be back at 9:30. We waited. At 9:35 I called the number on the sign. The gentleman said snarky did you read the sign we be there at 9:30. I said it is now 9:35! He finally showed up at 9:40. I was very disappointed in this lack of professionalism. I had movers coming at 10 and I had to drive as fast as I could to get back to the house so that I didn't lose time.
