Very disappointed. I was ungraded to a larger truck, and treated as though that was a favor for me. I rented the small truck due to anxiety driving such a large vehicle. When I asked if I could be downgraded to the original truck I ordered, I was told no. The truck was filthy. Clearly had not been touched since it was dropped off. There was an old pack of Kleenex in the truck. It was COVERED in white dog hair, (which made my allegories act up, and made my drive that much more unpleasant). Overall a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I was not listened to or valued as a customer in anyway during this process.
