The staff on duty needs to be trained on the appropriate procedures for payment types so she is knowledgeable enough to not make assumations and be wrong. She claimed the 60 deposit would Not come of my debit card and it would just put a hold on it as reservations did. It was immediately removed and now I'm waiting 3-5 buisness days for it to post back on my account. With the appropriate information I would have gave cash for deposit. I financial could not wait for this and am now stalled completing my move.

I think that charging $100 for a one day rental because someone uses a preload card is ridiculous. I have a business that requires the use of your vans, and have always paid what I owed. My last visit was too much and I am looking elsewhere to use equipment.
