While I haven't rented from this location before, I was pleased to find that Coldwater had the van I needed on short notice when it wasn't available at the U-Haul location closer to Angola. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole transaction was easy.

Tell them where your location QR code is located on property. Also the steering on my 15 foot box truck was very loose. It had over 150k miles on truck. Front end needs some maintenance. The people and facility was great!
John MIt was an absolutely a positive place an great environment
Jacob WLet us leave with the trailer way too low. They tried to flip the hitch and couldn’t undo the bolt. They ended up saying oh you’ll be fine. Knowing we were taking it from Michigan to Utah. Would drag when you hit a bump or leaving an uneven surface. Ended up going to Walmart and they flipped the hitch for us.
