Staff were friendly and efficient. To avoid potential customer dissatisfaction, there needs to be feedback process. If one exists today, it needs to be reviewed. A pick up customer should not discover damage such as a damaged window operator or a broken dome light switch as the use the vehicle. If a vehicle must go out, the customer needs to be made aware of the issue - it may not be important to the customer. Pricing breakdown is somewhat confusing and disappointing. I would still recommend to others.
