After my truck at my first location was not turned back into uhaul they did find me another one at a different location. Was not given any kind of discount so little disappointed with that

I think it would be helpful for U-Haul to stress even more that pick-up window is one hour after prick-up time. Even if it is a mobile pick-up.
William DEverything. My uhaul reservation was given to someone else, leaving me without one and missing my move in time at my apartment. I was also charged for the man who drove my uhaul. Such poor service
