The location wasn’t open as it showed online & we were advised of their hours at pick up. The location was packed with wrecked cars, had no idea it was a U-Haul drop off location, if I would have had to drop off after the sun went down I wouldn’t have felt safe driving around a dark, questionable, un-inviting building.

This was after hours drop off so no personnel to talk to in the "no" rating. Parked where I thought I should and dropped the keys in the drop box. There was no confirmation in the App for a few days.
