Jenni & Robert are phenomenal! We had to make some changes to the reservation & they went above & beyond to make sure we had what we needed! I would definitely recommend them!
MONICA SThe only issue was we had rented the trailer for multiple days initially. And we found out we weren’t gonna need it so I returned it the next morning less than 24 hours, but we were still charged for three days plus insurance when we asked for that to be removed.. I did reach out to customer service and they had a local rep call me, but I’ve never heard back from him
WILBUR PBeing that I’m from Pueblo, this place was 45 minutes away from me. The location was not very accessible either. I had to leave the property with my U-Haul to load my personal vehicle onto the trailer.
JUSTIN GIt was a little far for us to drive having so many places in ColoradoSprings, but they were so nice and so efficient there we really appreciated all their hard work.
