It took 2 people to unhook the trailer since there is no jack. Don't know what I would have done by myself and this is a 24 hr drop off location. Poor design no jack on trailer.

they could make the system better by searching for equipment within a radius based on the customer’s location rather than the location of the store where the customer is inquiring about a rental. A unit may be 50 miles from the store but only 5 miles from where he lives.
STEVEN ANot requiring the customer to pick up their truck in Pueblo, CO and drive 30 minutes to pick up the car hauler in Colorado City, CO when the reservation was booked in April.
Jessica SJenni & Robert are phenomenal! We had to make some changes to the reservation & they went above & beyond to make sure we had what we needed! I would definitely recommend them!
MONICA SThe only issue was we had rented the trailer for multiple days initially. And we found out we weren’t gonna need it so I returned it the next morning less than 24 hours, but we were still charged for three days plus insurance when we asked for that to be removed.. I did reach out to customer service and they had a local rep call me, but I’ve never heard back from him
