I was very please with my experience at this U-Haul dealer. However, my 6’x12’ trailer was not available as guaranteed at the Falcon location. When I reserved the trailer the U-Haul website stated my reservation was guaranteed or I’d be refunded $50. Unfortunately I was not refunded the $50 even though it was promised.

Michael BIf a location is renting U-Haul equipment, they really should be able to help the customer load a tow dolly. We had to go to a different location to get help which added an additional 30 minutes to our trip.
