All I can say is keep doing what you are doing! This is the most humane national company I have ever worked with. Even when you call, you talk to a human being and not some computer! I have a high level of respect for any national company who continues this practice! Thank you UHAUL!

Not much, the person that helped me was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and was very helpful. If I ever need U-Haul again I would definitely go back to this place. I’ve already recommended it to friends.
David VWe reserved 60 furniture pads, they only had 12, due to UH home office’s lack of communication apparently.
THOMAS SI was very please with my experience at this U-Haul dealer. However, my 6’x12’ trailer was not available as guaranteed at the Falcon location. When I reserved the trailer the U-Haul website stated my reservation was guaranteed or I’d be refunded $50. Unfortunately I was not refunded the $50 even though it was promised.
