Robert SThe reservation and all communication from U-Haul stated an 8:15 AM pickup. The location didn't open until 9:00 AM, even though there sign said open at 8:00 AM
Robert SThis location was not open at scheduled pickup time resulting in several hours lost in loading and commute to the final destination. Store was supposed to open at 0800 but did not open till around 1030. U-Haul checkout process defaults to scheduled time. Called U-Haul with no results other than they called the site owner. No compensation for lost time even though U-Haul claims reservation guaranteed.
